RECIPE: Saute 1 cup sliced mushrooms & 1 cup sliced celery in 1 cube of melted butter. Add 2 cups chicken stock and 2 to 3 tsp. (or to taste) Italian Poultry Spice. Pour mixture over 4 cups torn bread crumbs, stir & bake for 1 hour, paying attention not to burn bread. Also great with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
